Nicole Casanova-Lopez began her dance training at the young age of 4 with L’Ecole de Ballet Arts Studio under the direction of Vivian Greer-Digon. She continued her training at other local Miami dance studios as well as the dance program at Miami Dade College. Throughout the years she has trained in all areas of dance including ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip-hop, contemporary, and modern.

Nicole has gone on to run recreational & competitive programs for several dance studios & dance schools in Miami. During this time, she has trained dancers to perform and compete in numerous regional/national competitions and brought home many awards.

Nicole has over 20 years of experience as a dance instructor & studio director and thanks all the students and instructors that she’s met along the way for sharing the love of this art form that has served as a constant reminder of her passion! Watching her students grow from tiny dancers into powerful young women both in the dance classroom as well as on numerous competition stages has been the driving force behind opening The Core Dance Center. The mission has been clear since day 1, building a home for creative dancers to explore and give them an outlet to become the best versions of themselves without judgement and welcomed with love & enough push to make their dreams a reality.
